The Indonesian girl Xu Manli join in Julong Group once graduated from college in 2011, then she received the four-month specialized training in Julong’s plantation and finally was selected as a member of the Ivy Project to be sent to China where she could learn Chinese language and culture. In 2013, she returned to Indonesia and work in Julong Group. This time, she came to China to participate in a publicity activity.

In the interview, Xu Manli introduced Julong’s development in Indonesia and Julong’s cross-cultural talent management, shared her experiences of the training in China and the work in Indonesia.
