Julong News On November 9 to 10, 2014, The APEC CEO Summit 2014 was held in National Convention Centre, Beijing. Executive chairman Zhang Ya, on behalf of Julong Group, was invited to the summit by China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT).
The APEC CEO Summit 2014, with the theme of “New Vision for Asia Pacific: Creativity, Connectivity, Integration and Prosperity”, attracted over 1500 business people from 21 APEC member economies and other 17 countries and regions.
On November 9, Chinese President Xi Jinping made the remarks when addressing the APEC SEO Summit,which called for efforts to seek sustained development and fulfill an Asia-Pacific dream. He mentioned that China will further push for the early operation of the establishment of the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB). In addition, China will commit US$40 billion to the establishment of a Silk Road Fund to provide investment and financing support for countries along the Belt and Road to undertake relevant projects in infrastructure, resources development and industrial cooperation. Julong Group, as an outstanding “going out” enterprise, will firmly grasp the trends of national economy, analyze economic policy and share the convenience.
On the morning of November 10, Indonesia’s new president Joko Widodo appeared in the summit and made a speech on promoting the connectivity of Asia Pacific and jointly building a partnership. Businessman had he ever been, Joko Widodo held an open and active attitude towards all circles’ investment in Indonesia on aspects of infrastructure construction, port logistic, marine economy, agriculture, etc. Julong Group, an agricultural enterprise which had been investing in Indonesia, will actively enhance its overseas undertaking by taking advantage of Indonesian preferential policy.
