Julong News (Reporter: Zhou Rui) On August 18, Director of Tianjin Agricultural Commission Zhang Guoqing, Sub-inspector Yang Qingsong, Governor of China Development Bank Tianjin Branch Guo Lin and Deputy Governor Han Jun visited Julong Group. Group leaders who accompanied the visit include Group Chairman Yang Xuejiang, CEO on duty Zhu Jiandong, Deputy Chairman and Financial Director Zhang Ya, Senior Vice President An Ning, General Manager Sun Weijun.

     On the exchange meeting, Julong Chairman Yang Xuejiang on behalf of the board of directors gave a welcome address to the guests, in which he thanked the caring and help Julong had received from Tianjin Agricultural Commission and China Development Bank Tianjin Branch in its development and gave a brief introduction to Julong’s basic situation, the implementation of “going out” strategy to expand industrial chain, globalization layout planning and the opportunities and challenges facing the group. Governor of China Development Bank Tianjin Branch Guo Lin highly recognized the development of Julong Group and on behalf of the bank expressed its support for Julong’s overseas development and construction. He also pointed out that with the current scale the group had developed, Julong should strengthen the macroeconomic policy research capacity and fully implement the supportive policies obtained from the central and local governments.

     Director of Tianjin Agricultural Commission Zhang Guoqing expressed that the commission would keep a close watch on Julong’s development at home and abroad and actively promote the group’s declaring of Leading Agricultural Enterprise. In addition, they would provide timely survey to help the company eliminate the problems and difficulties encountered in development and report to the higher authorities the common problems within the industry so as to drum up more policy support for the enterprise’s overseas agricultural investment and construction and push forward its internationalization development. 

     The “Agricultural Committee” is the top decision-maker in Tianjin agricultural sector. Its main function is to enact development policy for Tianjin agriculture and to translate and implement national government’s policy.
