Julong News (Correspondent: Zhao Yongkai) On July 16, nearly 20 African top students from the Confucius Institute at Tianjin Normal University and Tianjin University attended the talent exchange symposium held by Julong Group. Group vice-president Chen Yong  was present at the symposium.

     Chen Yong introduced the current development situation of Julong Group, and explained in detail the group’s development strategy in Africa. With the deepening of this strategy, Julong needs talents proficient in French joining in to fulfill personal career goals and fuel the group’s development in Africa.

     The HR department of Julong Group has established talent exchange mechanism with Tianjin University and the Confucius Institute at Tianjin Normal University. Julong also attracts African overseas students from Tianjin Nankai University and Tianjin University of Technology and Education to be interviewed. Julong has been in an effort to broaden its recruitment channel, which is part of the group’s global strategy.
