Julong News (Correspondent: Zhao Yingkai) On July 28, executive leaders of Xiangsihu College of Guangxi University for Nationalities visited Julong Group’s headquarters located in Hexi District, Tianjin and had a meeting with the group’s HR supervisors to discuss the talent exchange issues. The guests also visited Julong’s North China industrial base located in Tianjin Port Free Trade Zone.

     With a higher industrial status and a bigger social popularity, Julong Group has attracted many mainland universities to establish talent exchange mechanism with it. For years the HR management staff have been in an effort to widen its recruitment channel, which includes the cooperation with Guangxi University for Nationalities in recent years.

     Xiangsihu College, specialized in Indonesian talent cultivation, expressed that they would make necessary adjustments to the current curriculum to guarantee the excellence of its graduates in professional qualification, cultural quality and humane quality and continue their efforts to explore new modes of university-enterprise cooperation.
