On April 24, Quan Zhezhu, deputy minister of United Front Work Development and vice chairman of All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce, headed a delegation consisting of leaders from All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce to visit Julong’s headquarter in Jakarta and convened a colloquium to know about the corporation development. The present leaders respectively were chairman of Shaanxi Rongmin Group Shi Guilu and chairman of the board of directors of Sichuan Kechuang Holdings Group He Junming, both of who were vice chairman of All-China Federation of Industry, as well as chairman of Sichuan New Hope Group Liu Yonghao.
Leaders from Julong Group, including chairman Yang Xuejiang, vice chairman Xu Yibing, executive vice president Zhu Dongjian, vice president in Indonesia Chen Yansong, accompanied the visit and attended the colloquium. As a Chinese palm oil enterprises with the largest investment in Indonesia, Julong’s headquarter in Jakarta was an important station for the delegation.
In the exhibition hall, Quan was attracted by the entrepreneurial exhibit entitled as Nanniwan on the equator which focused on palm planting. The exhibit gave full expression to the hard working process since Julong reached Kalimantan in 2006, showed the whole process how Julong’s plantation changed from the original swamp into an ecological agricultural town. With great interests, Quan picked the palm fruit, looked over the samples of CPO and finished palm oil and inquired questions such as the palm oil yield and the market condition. In front of the commendation certifications issued by Indonesian government, Quan stressed that our Chinese should keep both globalization and localization. On the colloquium, Quan affirmed Julong’s development and achievement, encourage Julong to enhance multi-cooperation and strive for great progress for its “going out” undertaking.
