Julong News (Reported by Zhou Rui, Feng Xiaoya) On Feb 27th , Comrade Kong Xiangrui, National Labor Model, as well as the winner of May 1st Labor Medal and the 2006 Figure of 10 Moving China, was invited by Julong Group to have an informal exchange discussion.

     During the discussion, Kong Xiangrui passionately shared his opinions on career planning, value realization of staff and faithful labor as well as his inspirational fighting experience from a dock man only with Junior High School Diploma to a Blue Collar Expert. In addition, he informed us of his perception upon how to become a wanted employee and how to lead a team and select talents.

     From the perspective of Kong Xiangrui, culture works as the soul in an enterprise’s development, therefore, for the sake of long-term development, the enterprise must have its own unique corporate culture; likewise, an employee must have a guiding belief if fulfilling value on himself is his intention. Especially under such a circumstance that practicing socialistic core values are advocated, thus a devoted, faithful and friendly attitude is necessary for each employee to realize the dream and solve the encountered problem then finally construct an excellent life.

     His attitude and emotion moved and infected all the attendants and aroused heated discussion. Afterwards, the participants set up their determination to put what they have learned in the exchange discussion into use and improve their ability, aiming at becoming the wanted employee and fulfilling life value.
