Julong News (Correspondent: Zhao Yongkai) Recently, Julong Group goes to universities in Inner Mongolia and starts the domestic and overseas reserve staff recruitment of the second half of the year 2013.
With the implementation of our country’s “going out” policy, many inland students prefer the coastal areas to start their career. With the continuous advancement of our influence in the domestic and overseas palm oil industry and the enhancement of the public credibility, an increasing number of universities tend to cooperate with Julong Group. Since 2011, the human resources department of group has established long-term cooperative relationships with three universities with great regional influence in Inner Mongolia, namely Inner Mongolia University, Inner Mongolia University of Finance and Economics and Inner Mongolia Agricultural University. Inner Mongolia Agricultural University is the one that we have expanded in this trip, which provides employment platform and development space for more students.
In the special briefing session, the relevant responsible person of group human resources department introduced Julong Group in many aspects, including industry selection, undertaking development, management model, training mechanism and talent system, etc, which showed the company’s broad mind to respect and care for the talents. Since the session covered an array of majors such as language, finance, management, financial affairs, agriculture and others, it appealed to many college students. According to the statistics, 71 applicants of a total of 264 were recommended for a secondary examination. The successful completion of the recruitment task provides another talent guarantee for the rapid development of the group’s domestic and overseas undertakings. |
