Julong News (Reporter: Xu Haiju, correspondent: Han Chaojun) On October 14, vice minister of the Organization Department of Jingjiang Municipal Committee Sun Xiaojun, leading the relevant staff of Jingjiang Municipal Committee Office and Jingjiang Science and Technology Bureau, as well as members of Town Mayor Group with Academic Background in Science and Technology visited our industrial company in East China, investigating the enforcement of the new policy package on the human resource work. Vice general manager of the East China district Chu Jianfeng and manager of human resource department Qin Yunyan accompanied the investigating group.

     At the investigation and study meeting, vice general manager Chu Jianfeng gave an account of the company’s personnel training work as well as its production and operation status. After listening to the report, vice minister Sun Xiaojun highly praised Jingjiang Longwit’s work in talent introduction and cultivation, and he expected Longwit to continue to push on the cooperation with the government and talent agencies, to realize the close integration of talents, technology and enterprises. He also pointed out that enterprises should actively play their dominant role in talent introduction and communicate with the relevant departments in line with their own needs to make sure that the policies on the human resource work are put into practice.

     After the meeting, the investigating group visited the packaged edible oil manufacturing plant.
