Julong News (Correspondent: Zhou Xin) On 2 October 2013, President Xi Jinping arrived in Jakarta, starting a state visit to Indonesia. Around 13:50 local time, Xi Jinping's special plane arrived at Jakarta Halim Airport. Xi Jinping and Mme. Peng Liyuan were welcomed by Indonesian Foreign Minister Marty Natalegawa and Mrs. Natalegawa, Minister of Trade Gita Wirjawan and Mrs. Wirjawan, and others.

     At around 21:30 local time in Shangri-La Hotel, President Xi Jinping and Mme. Peng Liyuan received representatives of Chinese-invested enterprises, embassy personnel, ethnic Chinese from all sectors of society, and representatives of teachers and students. As the representative of Chinese-invested agricultural enterprises, group chairman Yang Xuejiang was cordially received by President Xi Jinping.

     On the morning of 3 October local time, both President Xi Jinping and President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono of Indonesia attended the Indonesia-China Business Luncheon in Jakarta. Our group's chairman Yang Xuejiang was invited to attend the luncheon and signed the cooperation agreement of Julong Group's palm plantation program in Indonesia in the witness of leaders of both countries.

     Xi Jinping pointed out in the address that China-Indonesia economic and trade cooperation enjoys favorable conditions with broad prospects for development. Hope the entrepreneurs of the two countries will seize the opportunities, join hands moving ahead and push for the development of bilateral economic and trade cooperation at higher levels and in wider areas. He encouraged Chinese enterprises to participate in the construction of Indonesia's six economic corridors, and expand the investment in fields such as infrastructure construction.

     Under the background of the deepening of China-Indonesia economic and trade cooperation, the signing of the agreement will help promote the development of the group's overseas undertaking. Through the effective integration of the overseas industrial resources, our group's industrial distribution will be expanded, and the group's internationalization level will be promoted as well.
