Julong News (Correspondent: Zhow Rei) On August 27, accompanied by leaders of Tianjin Municipal Bureau of Grain, a joint leader group of State Administration of Grain came to Julong Group to investigate and survey the "going global" status of this oils and grains enterprise. The leaders respectively were Secretary Liu Ren and division chief Wang Zhengyou of Foreign Affairs Department, deputy division chief Han Jinqiao of Finance Department and deputy division chief Yan Shuxun of Development Department. Leaders of Julong Group who accompanied the investigating group were deputy chairman Li Lianxi, independent director Xu Yibing, management councilor Qiao Hong, general manager Sun Weijun, vice-general manager of financial department Lu Yingjie and vice-general manager of Longwit Oils and Grains Industrial Co., Ltd. Wang Zhigang. The investigating group investigated the group's headquarter first, and then came to Tianjin Longwit Oils and Grains Industrial Co., Ltd. to investigate phase II fractionation and refining plant and phase IV small packaged edible oil manufacturing plant, where the leaders learned about each step about palm oil manufacturing, processing and distribution. At the symposium, deputy chairman Li Lianxi gave a welcoming speech and a brief introduction to Julong Group. General manager Sun Weijun gave a subject report on three aspects of Julong’s “going global” course, which were the enterprise’s domestic and overseas development status, opportunities and challenges that the enterprise was faced with, and the enterprise’s suggestions to the relevant departments and institutions on policy support in its “going global” development. In the exchange, the guest leaders respectively asked some questions that they were concerned about to the relevant leaders of Julong Group. Secretary Liu Ren highly appreciated the development of the group’s overseas palm oil undertaking and he expressed that they would carefully analyze and discuss about the practical problems that Julong Group had confronted in its “going global” development and the policy suggestions that Julong had given. And then they would send an investigation report to the relevant departments to help oils and grains enterprises overcome the development challenges that they might be faced with in their “going global” efforts.
